I got into the public adjusting industry in 2007 after seeing too many Florida families get shortchanged by their own insurance companies. After working in the insurance industry, I realized that when disaster strikes, the people who paid premiums for years often get treated like they're asking for a favor instead of what they're owed.
That didn't sit right with me. So I got licensed as a public adjuster and started fighting for homeowners instead of insurance companies. Today, I work with Insurance Claims Experts based in Miami, Florida, and I'm still doing what I love—helping people rebuild their lives after hurricanes, fires, floods, and other disasters that turn their world upside down.
Every claim I handle is personal. When you call me, you're not getting a call center or a sales pitch. You're getting someone who genuinely cares about making sure you can repair your home, replace what you lost, and move forward with your life. I've been through Florida's worst storms alongside my clients, and I know what it takes to navigate the claims process and get results.
